Bart Hendrickx recently talked at SharePoint Saturday Belgium on Measuring Social Learning with Assessments. I’m pleased to share his slides courtesy of SlideShare and BIWUG (Belux Information Workers Group).

Presentation decks shared on SlideShare seem a great way of learning, here are some other good, recent slide shows:
- Dave Coleman’s blog entry and slide show on moving from Blackboard to SharePoint at a university
- Jonathan Lightfoot’s presentation on “Don’t let your training fall off a cliff” about use of SharePoint My Sites
- My own presentation on 6+6 is more than 12, How Online Assessments add to Distance Learning
Enjoy!

Hi Henry!
Nice article. How do you tailor fit a tna from the 70:20:10? Can you suggest a template? Thanks.
oh should be “bart”! sorry
Hi Ryan, assuming you are referring to a training needs analysis, there wouldn’t be anything special in a 70+20+10 context, in my opinion. There are several templates on the Web that you can glean inspiration from.
Note that with a TNA, you tend to be focusing on “the 10″ of 70+20+10.
